All purchases of the Crimson Cardholders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than product defects or damages.
Defective or Broken Products
If your Crimson Cardholders arrives defective or broken, we will gladly offer a replacement.
• To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• The defective product must be returned in its original packaging.
Process for Returns
